Who we are

Just like Information Technology itself we’ve gone through many changes over the decades, and learnt a lot along the way, but we’ve been consistent in delivering excellent service to our customers – and that’s what we’re still passionate about today!

From our operations and call-management centre in Cheshire we manage a national team of IT specialists who take pride in working closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that they get the support solutions they need.

What we do

Unlike many other companies who provide services as an 'add-on' to whatever technology they're selling, for Xenon, IT services are at the centre.

Our services cover the entire IT lifecycle from consultancy, covering all aspects of networks, security, disaster-recovery and storage, through systems design, implementation support and management, to safe and secure disposal of equipment.

From conventional break-fix hardware maintenance, to a range of tailored managed services we work with leading academic institutions, public bodies and business to ensure that their IT delivers.
