Xenon Network Services are pleased to announce that we have been reappointed as an approved supplier to provide hardware maintenance services on PC's, Servers, Printers, Apple Mac's, Laptops and Peripherals to all Institutions throughout the U.K. This award tendered through the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium follows Xenon's success at providing these services for 3 years from the first award in 1999. Xenon now provide this service to 42 Institutions providing quality, professional and cost effective hardware maintenance throughout the UK. Xenon operate from 3 regional service centres and are able to offer this support to all Institutions whatever the location. Due to the success of this framework agreement a dedicated Xenon team has been established to provide an efficient reliable and flexible response to all aspects of inquiries from HEI's. Should it be quotations, schedules, contracts, equipment queries, pricing, advice, call centre contact or escalation procedures the National Contract Team will provide you with the answer. 
 
The Framework Agreement has been designed to be flexible and provides the foundation for Institutions to design an agreement to suit their individuality. Options that have been provided to date include:

 Onsite Engineer. 
 Onsite Co-Ordinator 
 Engineer attending site 1 or 2 days per week
 Installations
 Roll outs

 Asset/Inventory Management

 P.A.T testing
