The Xenon and NILTA partnership means that all NILTA members can now have comprehensive hardware maintenance cover at discounted pricing. This agreement covers all aspects of PC related hardware maintenance and NILTA members as well as Organisations or Institutions anywhere in UK mainland can participate.

We will tailor the agreement to suit you if required however in most instances Xenon's 8 hour or 4 hour response and 8 hour or 4 hour fix will adequately ensure that your computer systems - be it PC's Printers or peripherals - are up and running with the least inconvenience. If the item of equipment cannot be repaired on site then an equivalent or higher specification loan will be substituted until the item is repaired, this means you are still operational and able to function at all times.
