Xenon Network Services Limited is proud to announce our re-appointment as  a preferred supplier of IT hardware maintenance services to all UK Universities.  These services were tendered through the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) and form a framework agreement commencing 1^st September 2008 for a period of 4 years.

Xenon has been an approved supplier of Support Services to the Higher Education sector since 1999, our success in this latest tender demonstrating both our commitment to the sector, and the Universities’ confidence in our ability to deliver.

Through this agreement Xenon will continue to provide support on servers, PC’s (including AppleMacs), laptops, printers and peripherals, irrespective of the equipment manufacturer.  Xenon has an extensive range of partnerships with many of the major manufacturers including Viglen, Research Machines, Lexmark, Samsung and Toshiba.

Commenting on the success Glyn Wragg, Support Services Director at Xenon, said  “The provision of IT hardware support services to the University community has been - and remains - a cornerstone of Xenons’ growth strategy.  Our appointment to this agreement, for the third time since 1999, confirms our position as a major service provider to the HE sector, and gives us a platform from which to actively increase our University presence”.
